This is a non conforming 5 unit residential building. The permit process was started for the 5th unit however not completed. All offers are subject to review by Bankruptcy trustee as well as lender review. Please allow 10 days for review. One tenant is still paying rent. It is my understanding that 2-3 of the units are currently vacant. Showings can be scheduled on the rent paying tenant and buyers can explore the building from there. Please call with questions.
