Crash! September 1, 2024, late at night, a speeding car vaulted into this Estate property causing extensive damage to half of the house. No one was at home. The car obliterated the living room and kitchen. The bathroom and bedrooms were not damaged. The house / crash site has been cleared of rubble and repaired to its present condition. The furnace is on in the basement but water and electricity are off. ONLY experienced rehabbers are allowed to enter the property. Be prepared: Bring a flashlight, wear solid footwear and warm clothes.
