I may be small, but I am mighty. I currently have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I do have an enclosed porch that if you added a heat source to would make a great addition and a perfect place to make into a main floor laundry room. I also have a walk up attic. I have an oversized 1.5 car detached garage with an attached carport. There is a patio on the back of the garage–it was my formers owners man cave!
