There are 4 rental units on the second story that are currently fully occupied on month to month leases. There are 1-3 bedroom 1 bath; 2-2 bedroom 1 bath, 1-1 bedroom 1 bath, owner pays water and common area electric. The Bar/Restaurant space on the first floor is currently not leased. There is extra living space on the first floor that has one bedroom/one bathroom/living room (no kitchen) previously shared the restaurant kitchen.
